High Flow Filter Cartridges
99.9% Efficiency
Absolute-rated pleated filters designed for high-flow applications.
The High Flow series is characterized by an enlarged geometry, which allows for significantly higher flow rates using fewer filter elements. This results in much faster and easier filter change-outs. Additionally, the inside-to-outside flow path ensures superior dirt-holding capacity and extends the service life between replacements. High Flow filter housings are also available. The high flow performance and exceptional contaminant retention allow for the use of smaller systems, significantly reducing capital investment (CAPEX) and footprint.
Advantages
- 6” diameter and large geometry – specifically engineered for high flow rates.
- Absolute filtration ranging from 1 to 100 microns.
- Exceptional throughput – up to 500 GPM for a 60” cartridge.
- Inside-to-outside flow direction – traps 99.9% of contaminants within the cartridge.
- Multi-layer pleated construction with an optimized surface area.
- Outer reinforcement layer prevents filtrate bypass and media migration issues common in competitive products.
- Unique gasket design ensures maximum seal integrity.
- Compatibility – designed to improve performance in competitive high-flow housings.
- Thermally bonded construction for enhanced durability and purity.
