High Flow Filter Cartridges
GF Series
High-geometry pleated filters designed for high-flow applications.
The High Flow GF series features an enlarged geometry, allowing for significantly higher flow rates with fewer filter elements. This leads to much faster and easier filter maintenance. The inside-to-outside flow path ensures superior dirt-holding capacity and extends the service life between change-outs. High Flow filter housings are also available. These high-performance flow and contaminant retention parameters allow for the implementation of smaller systems, significantly reducing capital investment (CAPEX) and installation footprint.
Advantages
- Advanced Chemical Compatibility: The material of construction ensures compatibility with chemicals that standard polypropylene elements cannot handle.
- 6” diameter and large geometry – specifically engineered for high flow rates.
- Absolute filtration ranging from 1 to 100 microns.
- Exceptional throughput – up to 500 GPM for a 60” cartridge.
- Inside-to-Outside Flow Direction: Traps and contains contaminants within the cartridge even during replacement.
- Multi-layer pleated construction with an optimized surface area.
- Outer reinforcement layer prevents filtrate bypass and media migration issues common in competitive products.
- Unique Quad Seal Gasket: Ensures maximum seal integrity and prevents bypass.
- Compatibility – designed to improve performance in competitive high-flow housings.
- Thermally bonded construction for enhanced durability and purity.
Application
- Fuel oils.
- Chemical processing.
