This design allows for significantly higher flow rates using the same number of elements and housing size. Alternatively, it enables system downsizing—reducing the number of cartridges and the housing footprint—while maintaining the same flow rates as standard pleated elements. The result is a substantial reduction in both operating costs (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX), all while maintaining peak filtration effectiveness.
